My recent experience at Jeff Haas Mazda's service department was nothing short of a nightmare. Here's why: I was left to languish in their waiting room for a whopping FOUR HOURS for what should have been a routine oil change and cabin air filter replacement. It's clear that Jeff Haas Mazda has zero respect for its customers' time. I came in at 1PM and left just after 5PM, which meant competing with the afternoon rush-hour traffic. They eventually comped the service and apologized for the wait, but time is money and I would have gladly paid for a reasonable amount of time. If you cherish your time, steer clear of Jeff Haas Mazda's service department. Their combination of ineptitude and lack of communication is an insult to their customers. More

In the past I have bought 5 cars from Jeff Haas and today this will be my 6th one. Memphis Jiron was my salesman and my finance manager was Kortney Malito, what can I say “Awesome”! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional, which made the purchase process very successful. Excited, I filled out an online form to gather more information. On the morning of 1/8/2024, a dealership representative contacted me via phone to confirm my interest, placing me on hold briefly to check the vehicle's availability on the lot. Once confirmed, I was scheduled for a same-day 6 pm appointment (1/8/2024) with a Used Car Sales Consultant named Brooklynn McGlothin, who promptly reached out via email and text to confirm our meeting. However, on the appointed evening, battling terrible weather and traffic, my wife and I made the 1.5-hour journey to Jeff Haas Mazda, arriving shortly after 6 pm. To our surprise, Cuong Nguyen welcomed us, explaining that Brooklynn had just left and he would be assisting us. Seated at his desk, he swiftly requested my ID but was momentarily called away by another staff member. After a brief wait, Cuong returned with my ID and delivered unfortunate news – the car we came to see had a "click click" noise when opening and closing the door. In an attempt to remedy the situation, Cuong showcased "similar" vehicles on the lot, all priced $6,000 higher. Despite expressing our specific interest in the initially identified car, Cuong went to get the keys. Upon his return, he shared additional disappointing news - the car was no longer available. Allegedly, it had been sent to Ford earlier that day for servicing, but they deemed it irreparable, sending it to auction. Questioning the authenticity of these claims, especially given the challenging storm conditions, we confronted the dealership about what appeared to be inappropriate business practices and an attempted bait-and-switch. Frustrated and disappointed, we left. The overall experience at Jeff Haas Mazda left us with an unsettling vibe from the beginning. As cash buyers seeking our child's first car, I was dismayed by the entire encounter. Upon reaching home, I discovered that Brooklynn McGlothin was not listed in the employee directory on the dealer's website, raising further concerns about the transparency of their operations. More
I bought my Mazda CX-30 from Jeff Haas in Katy, TX . I have paid my car in full on 9/25/23 (No Finance Needed)..On 10/25/2023 I received a letter from Mazda Financial Services saying that my balance is I have paid my car in full on 9/25/23 (No Finance Needed)..On 10/25/2023 I received a letter from Mazda Financial Services saying that my balance is 15k with a payment due date of 10/25/23. I Ask for the Store Manager and operator gave me nobody, Finally, after 3 tries ask for the Finance person that wrote my deal and explain the situation. The Financing person Memphis did not even apologize for his mistake. Seems dealership cares very little about customers! More

In midsummer I bought a used car from Jeff Hass Mazda driving in from Bryan. It was tagged with a maintenance plan which I repeatedly stated I didn't want. 2 oil changes, a tracking device and door prote driving in from Bryan. It was tagged with a maintenance plan which I repeatedly stated I didn't want. 2 oil changes, a tracking device and door protector for $1500. I was told I couldn't buy the car without it. Then I see in another review when someone was going to leave rather than pay for this same plan, the dealership canceled it for him. Hind sight tells me I should have left, but I proceeded to sign papers with little explanation. Just sign here and let's move on. When I got home I read thru them. I had to sign a form saying I agree to the purchase of the plan (which I did not) but it also stated I did not need to purchase plan to buy the car. WHAT ! That's not what I was told, but the form also stated anything verbal would not be upheld. So I called the G.M., Todd, and he stated no plan no car ( again verbal) then he tells BBB he never discussed it with me. On this form they also put 0.00 as purchase price for the plan, but added $1500. to accessories on the invoice. I bought no accessories. Just a plain Jane no bells or whistles. If this is their policy to push this plan why hide it? I know 2 people who bought cars at 2 different dealerships and were told this plan is optional. Didn't have to purchase it. So, BUYER BEWARE ! There are dealerships that won't make you purchase something you don't want. Would not recommend them to anyone. More
