We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. He’s a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable and you don’t feel taken advanta thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. I have purchased several Mazda's from Jeff Haas, has always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Request always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Requested a refund on the Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty over 2 months ago, made several calls and still no refund. Very disappointed as this is part of good customer service. So, next time I purchase a new vehicle, I will have to seriously reconsider returning to Jeff Haas Mazda as I believe customer service should always be FIRST. More
Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered. More

We drove from San Antonio to buy this vehicle and Kenneth made it a smooth buying process from beginning to end. We also had a great experience with Danyel in Finance and didn’t get the hard sell for things we didn’t want or need. YongHe was fantastic in setting up all the tech in our car and making sure that we understood everything. Overall, a very good experience. More

Mixed experience. I tried to confirm the added fees over email/text, but was only explained one of two dealer-addons which was disappointing and caused some longer ne I tried to confirm the added fees over email/text, but was only explained one of two dealer-addons which was disappointing and caused some longer negotiations. Then after buying it, two head sets were missing after it came back from detailing. They made it right and sent new ones but it took six weeks. They also only out a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. I asked for a throw-in trunk liner for the hassle which they refused. On the positive side the final sales / finance was efficient and the explanation of the vehicle including all the technology was excellent. More
