I was very pleased with my experience with this dealership for my first service appointment. The appointment-setting processwent very smoothly & they were very accommodating to me. All the employees I dealt with were pleasant & helpful. The time I waited exceeded the time promised, but I was in no hurry & I was able to be occupied with the TV in the children's play area. Over all the service department was great, very helpful in dealing with our problem, unlike other service departments (Diver Chevy) we have encountered. Greg Haley was very knowledgeable on what was wrong in dealing with our problem, unlike other service departments (Diver Chevy) we have encountered. At the D'Ambrosio Chevy in Oxford(not associated, wonder why?), Joe greeted us upon entering the dealership and happily took us for a test drive. When back in the office to make a deal however, only wonder why?), Joe greeted us upon entering the dealership and happily took us for a test drive. When back in the office to make a deal however, only one offer was made by them. They offered us a very low amount on our trade and then said that didn't matter because they didn't want to make a trade. Actually, it seemed like they were very happy not to make any deal at all. This place is a big waste of time. Thankfully, Nucar in Delaware was very eager to help my husband and I the following day. More

Received a phone call, thinking I would have the car before the weekend, instead it was to in was told the car would be ready the next day or Monday. I had a horrible experience with another dealership, and I had such an AMAZING experience with Jeff D'Ambrosio. Brianna from internet sales called me almost as soon as my application was turned in, and Dave I had such an AMAZING experience with Jeff D'Ambrosio. Brianna from internet sales called me almost as soon as my application was turned in, and Dave from sales called me that night. By the next day we had my appointment set. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and welcoming. They were patient with me asking a million questions (and calling to ask a million questions). They gave me a fair price for my trade, an INCREDIBLE price on my new Lancer, and a great rate on my loan. I can't recommend them enough! More
