My car had engine trouble and was losing power. After safely pulling into a shopping plaza, I called D'Ambrosio's and spoke with Greg in the service dept. He took my info, gave me the phone # for the tow company which enabled me to have the car towed for service. Within several hours, the problem was diagnosed, car was fixed, and costs covered under warranty. It is probably important to note that this was on the President's Day holiday, which I would assume is a busy day for the service department with many people are off work. Greg Haley did a great job of getting me back on the road later that same afternoon. He also explained the problem in laymen's terms which ensured me that the engine trouble was resolved. THANKS More
This is the second new vehicle I have purchased in the last month. After having a falling out with my previous dealer over lack of after sale follow up. I thought I would try D'Ambrosia. My fist purchase was a Camaro and Tony recommended I deal with Dave the Camaro expert. He easily answered all the questions I had. Lisa was even able to beat my preapproved credit union interest rate. That has never happened!! Everything went so smooth I went back a week later and walked out with a new Silverado. Once again there was not a question Dave cxould not answer. Great experience X2, highly recommended. More
I visited the dealership for a 7500 mile tire rotation. My appointment was for 2 p.m. My Traverse was taken inside @ 2:15 or so, very prompt. Both Sean and Greg were friendly, very professional, and listened to a concern I had had that morning with not being able to open my driver door from the inside. This was not part of the scheduled service, but they handled it anyway. I appreciated that. I also very much appreciate the fact that the dealership keeps track of recommended services and lets me know in a timely manner. I definitely recommend D'Ambrosio's Chevrolet to my friends whenever they ask about my experiences with the dealership. Thanks again. More

I was greeted upon arrival by Ryan Dennis. We began the process by discussing what vehicle I was interested in. I was shown what makes and models were available at the dealership, and what they could have process by discussing what vehicle I was interested in. I was shown what makes and models were available at the dealership, and what they could have delivered if I didn't see the color/model I wanted. I took an LS Equinox for a test drive. Upon my return we discussed the experience. I was very pleased with the test drive,but was interested in the looking at the LT model. Ryan showed me a floor model. We then went to the lot and looked at a the color option I was interested in. We sat in the LT and discussed the features that it had to offer. That was the car I wanted. Next, I worked with Tony and Lisa as they crunched numbers, ran credit reports and worked diligently to find me the best finance rate. I was very pleased with the trade in value I received for my current vehicle and the final price of my new vehicle. After completing the necessary paper work Ryan took me to my new Equinox and assisted me with setting up the blue tooth syncing to my phone, and the On Star set up. This review was submitted a week after purchase to allow myself time to settle in to my new car and provide honest feed back. I am confident in saying that the 2014 Equinox LT is by far my favorite vehicle purchased to date. THANK YOU to the amazing staff at the Oxford location! You all exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier....especially driving in all of the snow! More
