Excellent customer service I had engine trouble with my car and when we first contacted the service department we were told that it would be a week before it could be fixed but I had engine trouble with my car and when we first contacted the service department we were told that it would be a week before it could be fixed but then we talked to Greg and he asked us to drop off the vehicle that day (Monday) and they would see what could be done to expedite the repairs. He called me the following day to tell me what the mechanics had found and said I would have my car no later than Wednesday afternoon. Later that same day he called again to tell me that they were able to get the part that was needed and my car was finished! Greg was fantastic on keeping me informed and expediting the repairs so I wouldn't be without transportation. He's a very nice down to earth guy that really cares about the customer. More
