I was under the impression I could sign using e sign but they told me no because of fraud they was happing I said no problem booked a flight ($300) while one the phone with them for the next day sent them my itinerary because they told me they would have someone pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership to do paper work and sign and drive truck back home and i was happy to do it . Then they tell me they can't sell me the truck because of my id drives license was not real I told them it is and was issued by the state of new Hampshire and is 100% real and but I will also bring my passport they told me no thats probably not real. LOL ONLY ME my response was I cant fly without a id or passport and you see my fight info with my name and address on it ... IS THIS EVEN REALLY HAPPENING . I asked the GM Tony to talk to his boss and he said that no-one is his boss he is the boss and he told me in a nicer way to F OFF AND POUND IT NO DEAL AND HUNG UP. I called back and talk to the operator and I told her what happen and she put me on the phone with Tonys boss I told him the situation and he said let me look into it and I'll call you back before end of the day never got a call back still and its been 24 hours I own 6 different business if any of my over 120 employees ever handled or acted like that to a Customer they would be let go immediately. i hope the owner of the dealerships reads this review or the last few witch are all 1 star and makes some changes but I know 1 thing they lost my business and every plat form I get I will copy and past this review.. 40 years old and by far the worst experience I ever had.. 80k going to a different dealership not this xxxx hole.. Tony I think you suck as a gm and person customers like me pay your salary and keep places like the one you work at running Thanks Rocco More

Enjoy my deposit. .. In May of this year, I placed an order for a new 2022 Trailboss. This required a $500 deposit. The agreement states that if cancelled or I refus .. In May of this year, I placed an order for a new 2022 Trailboss. This required a $500 deposit. The agreement states that if cancelled or I refuse to take delivery they have the option of not refunding my deposit. The truck has not been built but is scheduled for production mid-June. I was initially told that the truck would arrive around Sept but now it would be July. Normally that would be great news but unfortunately due to a personal issue, I needed to tap into my down payment fund needed a little time to make that up and decided it was better to cancel the order (June 3). I shared that I would be ready to purchase later this year and explained to the dealer that I had a hardship and that while I regretted to do so, I needed to cancel. They stated that I was not able to cancel and that that I will be forfeiting my $500. This deposit is being forfeited as damages. What damages? These vehicles are selling before they actually land at the dealer, hence ordering. I guarantee they will increase the selling price from my contracted price and make more money in addition to my $500. I get that this is their choice but it does say a lot about them as a dealer. Ultimately, it is my fault for selecting them. I will not make that mistake again. More

Poor communication by staff. Vehicle was dirty when picked up. Purchased on Saturday picked up Tuesday which is plenty of time to clean a new vehicle. On Star sent me an email as I was driving home saying all 4 tires needed air, so I'm not sure if anyone even checked the vehicle. More
