I'm going to stop using this service center as I keep getting un-reliable and outright expensive service advice. On 02.12.2021 I brought my vehicle in for an oil change that I had a coupon for $29.99 th getting un-reliable and outright expensive service advice. On 02.12.2021 I brought my vehicle in for an oil change that I had a coupon for $29.99 that was supposed to include tire rotation and the multi-point inspection. I had to request the coupon price, the service advisor charged full price for the oil change. I also had a CEL that morning that I thought was related to the temperature gauge not moving (it was around -20 that morning), I advised the service advisor about it and would like that checked out, this was $160 just to have the CEL scanned, the parts would be another 93$ and another half hour labor charge. I declined the parts and labor, I still had to pay the $160 for the scan, I had a scan tool in my vehicle, I honestly wish I wouldn't even have brought it up. I additionally had issues with my rear driver side taillight middle bulb, I've been to this service center before and they recommended I change the tail light board, which I did but continued to have issues. It was found this time that my aftermarket trailer connection was "corroded" and they wanted to unhook them to eliminate that was the issue they could not replicate my issue while at the service center of the rear driver side taillight intermittently working. The service advisor advised they will leave it unplugged and to monitor if it continues, I found as soon as I left the service center (almost 3 hours later) that my left turn signal was now not operational but I had no time to return back to the service center or pay any more than what I did. The service advisor also advised that my transmission cooler lines where leaking and I was down 2 quarts and that it was dripping on the plastic guard on the under side of the car, this was quoted around 700$ with 2.5 hours of labor. I again did not have the time to complete this. After getting home later that day, I double checked several of the areas that were "issues": 1. CEL was gone, it was just too cold that morning throwing off the temperature gauge. The CEL was also gone at the service center, yet I was still advised to replace the coolant temperature sensor. I don't agree with this assessment or the $160 charge to determine that. 2. The oil change indicator on the vehicle was not reset, literally 5 seconds to reset and this was not done. Additionally I found that my passenger side tires were just a tad under air pressure, these were not checked or adjusted at all. 3. My oil change was to include a tire rotation, this did not happen, I marked the tires and they were in the same spot when I left the service center, the vehicle was in the service center from 9am-1230pm. 4. Rear driver side taillight no longer worked as intended, not related to the trailer wiring as previously indicated by service advisor. 5. I purchased a transmission/oil safe dye and put it into my transmission to verify the leak, I was able to find the leak and tighten the connection, the place where the service advisor claimed to be the leak spot was not correct. I was charged a total of 298.73 for this visit and left with an oil change, a non-working driver side rear taillight, and tires that weren't properly adjusted. This will be the last time that I use this service center. If you find that you'd like to respond to my review OR offer any refund on your service. More

I recently bought a 2017 Promaster city van that shifts from 1st to 2nd hard which is why I brought it in. I was told by another shop it was a tranny issue. Your tech found tranny is ok but there was an el from 1st to 2nd hard which is why I brought it in. I was told by another shop it was a tranny issue. Your tech found tranny is ok but there was an electrical issue that was fixed. Problem still occurs...was informed temp of tranny needs to be 160 before it will act normal & not shift sloppy and this was normal. This is my 1st Ram & i'm not happy with its performance More
