Been in a few times for my Ram 3500 and it’s been VERY lengthy due to numerous issues the last few months, however, our service advisor, Gary, has done absolutely amazing helping us. He knows how frustra lengthy due to numerous issues the last few months, however, our service advisor, Gary, has done absolutely amazing helping us. He knows how frustrated I’ve been losing out on work with my truck being in the shop but he’s done everything from helping find a rental to updating us daily o what’s going on. Although we’ve been through a few transmissions, an alternator and now an electrical issue, Gary has made it worth bringing to this location and I would come back with all my truck needs going forward. The sales person was very helpful. The finance guy was nice until he couldn't sell us the extended warranties. Then he kinda turned into a jerk and was not friendly at all!
