Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I notified them that my tire pressure alert was going off due to the extreme cold temps and when rotating tires to fill them with extra air. Upon l I notified them that my tire pressure alert was going off due to the extreme cold temps and when rotating tires to fill them with extra air. Upon leaving, the alert was still going off that my tire pressure was low. They did not put air in my low pressure tires, which makes me believe they didn't rotate either. I had to stop at a gas station and fill tires myself AFTER leaving the dealership. Visit was fair, not excellent More

I was in a pickle and needed to get out of my F-150, The staff were great and Rich told me the things I needed to get him to put me in a new truck. The people that I met were extremely friendly and helpful. I needed to get a topper on the truck and the service guys stayed late to get it done.
