Joey and Justin failed to follow through on their supposedly guaranteed quote for a new vehicle. After we came to an oral agreement on the price for the vehicle, I put down a deposit for the vehicle supposedly guaranteed quote for a new vehicle. After we came to an oral agreement on the price for the vehicle, I put down a deposit for the vehicle. They promised to have the vehicle in stock the next day (as they had to obtain if from another dealership in town). The next day, I found out that the vehicle was sold to someone else. I wasn't told about this until I called to ask when I could come and pick it up. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, Justin said I had to come to the dealership to get a copy of the refund receipt. Justin was rude and unprofessional and blamed me for his screw-up. He tried to say that because I chose to do business over email (something I strongly recommend) this happened. The real story is that Justin only called the other dealership and left a message stating that he wanted them to send over the vehicle. He then told me that the vehicle was mine. In reality, he never confirmed with anyone that the vehicle was actually going to be sent - and in fact it had already been sold when he promised the vehicle to me and required me to put down a deposit. Roseville Jeep has lost a customer for life and all my friends and family will know about their poor customer service. More
I was real satisfied with the purchase of my new 2011 Chrysler 200. The car was ready and cleaned perfect. Roseville Chrysler has a one nite introduction to all new buyers of new cars purchased. The person giving this service told us everthing we didn't know or understand about our new car. The day I picked up the car they took the time to introduce us to all the employees who would service my new car. I had some problems with programing my nav/gps on a Saturday trip up into norhern Minnesota. I called my sales person and he spent time researching the problem and it was something I was doing wrong. This was to me a great help. I felt he went that extra mile for me. My first oil change was very complete and everything was checked out by the service dept. Great job on this. Roseville Chrysler treated my family real well. My sales person was very friendly and knew what he was selling. Great job Dave More
With the help of Salesmen Extraordinaire, Jim Rue, I was able to upgrade on my trade in of a Dodge Caravan to a Chrysler Town and Country with lots of bells and whistles and keep my monthly payments in the able to upgrade on my trade in of a Dodge Caravan to a Chrysler Town and Country with lots of bells and whistles and keep my monthly payments in the same range it had been before. My teen age daughter was especially happy with the whole experience - especially when Rue went the extra mile to get us headphones for the DVD player in time for a big trip! We are always welcomed by staff when the van needs service. I really appreciate working with Tim Larson in service because that's where your ongoing relationship with a dealership is tested. Tim really listens and takes great care of us. I enjoy the atmosphere in the waiting area too - whether it's to work on my computer or visit with other customers over a cup of coffee and donuts. Roseville Chrysler is a great place to do business! More

Use car sales always seem to have to prove why they"re rated least trusted. More

His manager Troy stopped by and was very nice and thanked me for the business. I also got a great rate in their finance department and the whole process was done in about an hour. Very bad experience. I have poor credit so I just started with a phone call to see if I could purchase a car. Two weeks and about 20 phone calls later,(including a very frustrating conversation with started with a phone call to see if I could purchase a car. Two weeks and about 20 phone calls later,(including a very frustrating conversation with Justin about overtime that they couldn't count (I don't recieive overtime, I am salaried, but he didn't get that due to the fact that I am paid 2 x's per month and so my check stub reads that I have 86 hours per pay period, a very common accounting practice) Yes!! It's a miracle!! They (Justin and Doug) assured me (over and over) that my loan is approved, they have a nice car for me. Bring in my $1000 down and sign the papers and drive away!! I did it! The car was beautiful. 7 days later, I received a phone message from Doug stating that my credit score had dropped 100 points in ONE day and the bank would no longer fund this loan and I needed to return the car. I called the lender, they said that the paperwork was not complete and that was why the loan was not funded. In the meantime, Doug and Justin had found another lender and could sell me ANOTHER car, just return the first one...They must be CRAZY if they think I would drive another car off of their lot. If they could find a lender that would work with me, I am sure someone else can too. I agree with the previous entry....These people must make minimum wage and have little or no "finance" training, they really know nothing about financing. My advice to anyone thinking of even looking at a car here....run for your life!! More
