Service I had an oil change recently at Roseville CJDR. I really like the fact I can drive right in for service. My Jeep is a 2007 Grand Cherkee Limited wit I had an oil change recently at Roseville CJDR. I really like the fact I can drive right in for service. My Jeep is a 2007 Grand Cherkee Limited with the 3.0L Mercedes Diesel engine. It requires special oil, filter and process, which these folks know all about. I am confident with there service and appreciate that they consider a service as routine as an oil change important. More

Great place to buy a car or truck I bought our last two vehicles at Roseville Dodge. My Caravan is a great car. Best Customer Service Dave was the best! Got me in within 30 min of calling about my problem and also took care of some recalls I needed. I was leaving to go out of town an Dave was the best! They also kept the vehicle inside, so we could avoid the snow when leaving. Having a space for kids and snacks is a life saver. I used to go to the Coon Rapids location and I have slowly made the switch to Roseville. After the last experience I had at both locations Roseville is my new choice. I will no longer use the Coon Rapids location. The team at Roseville is much more timely, friendly, and helpful. More

I would take my vehicle to be serviced here again I really had no issues when it came to overall experience. Before we arrived, I had scheduled an appointment over the phone. I received confirmation t I really had no issues when it came to overall experience. Before we arrived, I had scheduled an appointment over the phone. I received confirmation that we were set when it came time for my appointment. The staff were efficient but had no knowledge of my appointment when we arrived. Wasn't sure where the disconnect was. Anyways was able to get in right away, and even received a shuttle to Roseville Mall. The lady who drove the shuttle was very sweet and was able to drop and pick us up right away. When I was given my car back, I was very disappointed to see how someone left it. Someone was eating in my car (crackers and a KitKat bar). Not only were there crumbs all over the seat but they so kindly left all their garbage wrappers to confirm what they were eating. I had two recalls done on my car and it wasn't almost as if they gave two flying fingers about my car because it wasn't making them money. Parts of the dashboard were missing (which I later found under my passenger seat) and the airbag cover on the passenger seat wasn't even assembled correctly and that was the whole reason for the recall!! While we were driving down the road, I notice the hood was not latched on correct so I had to pull over on the highway to fix it. Overall I really like the conscience you provided but seriously dissapointed that someone didn't clean up after themselves and honestly didn't leave the car the way they received it. More
