Sales was great but management difficult Sales Rep was perfect but Management needs to review approach. I have bough many high value vehicles but it was like this was the first high value ve Sales Rep was perfect but Management needs to review approach. I have bough many high value vehicles but it was like this was the first high value vehicle the dealership ever sold. Management just wanted it out of the shop and their concerns over the liability overshadowed the needs of me as a customer. Sales worked hard to broker in between but it was clear their advocacy for the customer created conflict with managements agenda. I bought a Demon and paid over invoice for it. I guess I expected to be treated like a premium customer. It is how I have been accustom to being trated on other high end purchases. It was disappointing. I want to be clear that the work with the rep, finance, etc all went as smoothly as humanly possible. It was the actions and attitude of the GM that created dissatisfaction. It was like they had never played in the big league before. More

As a single woman, and a single mom, it can be intimidating to go into a dealership, which are usually filled with men. I did not feel pressured and he was patient with me throughout the entire process. I had many questions, and Doug was understanding and helpful. I was unsure of which car to choose, and when I needed the weekend to think about it, I was not pressured into buying a car that I wasn’t feeling 100%. After the weekend, Doug sent me pictures of a different vehicle, which I ended up buying! The SUV had low miles and I was given a great purchase price. I am completely happy with my purchase!
