Great service. They have done a great job except for 1 time when they completely dropped the ball and I sat there for over 2 hours waiting and than I found out from They have done a great job except for 1 time when they completely dropped the ball and I sat there for over 2 hours waiting and than I found out from a tech not the service guy. I wanted a cab filter system installed, after waiting for 2 plus hours they said they changed the cab filter only and that there was already a filter system in place. The dealership I bought my ram 1500 big horn told me there wasn’t a cab filter and that is why I brought it in to have installed, as I say this I guess it is buyer beware of the dealership you deal with. If or when I do buy a new truck I will be going to Roseville Ram and not back to the other dealer. More
