STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! $100K+ used Tesla Model S purchase but made me feel like I bought a used Dodge with 200K on the odometer. First off, don’t buy a car that your sta $100K+ used Tesla Model S purchase but made me feel like I bought a used Dodge with 200K on the odometer. First off, don’t buy a car that your staff knows nothing about. At least do a little research on your product before attempting to sell. Common sense. Purchased paint protection plan and upon taking delivery, they ended up scratching the trunk lid or uncovered scratches they previously tried to hide when they washed vehicle prior to delivery.They tell me they are going to follow up with me the following week and address scratches at the same time they do paint protection. That week came and went with zero follow up. Also, my payment on my trade in was in process when I purchased my car so I was told once payoff was completed, I would get refund from Wells Fargo. Luckily, a couple weeks after purchase, I called to see if my trade in was paid off and I was SHOCKED to find out the payoff was not posted to my account yet. I called JB back and they said they paid off car and emailed copy of check that Wells Fargo cashed. So I called Wells Fargo and they said JB mailed check to wrong address. WOW!!!! Epic fail!! I ended up going in and got paint protection purchase refunded since I had multiple “failures” dealing with these “professionals” Today, May 18th, I find out from Wells Fargo that my trade in was FINALLY paid off and I would get my overpayment refunded to me in about 10 business days. LOL!!!!! Finally, I would like to reassure everyone reading this that I am not some “keyboard warrior” that leaves a review every time my feelings get hurt. I just want to give my experience and hope you use caution when dealing with this business. Last, I need no more communication from JB as I am done dealing with this dealership. I would recommend using this time perfecting your “process” and educating your staff. More
