I recently purchased a car from Jeff Belzer's Jeep dealership and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Frankly, everyone in that dealership appears incompetent and/or are outright liars. Salespers dealership and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Frankly, everyone in that dealership appears incompetent and/or are outright liars. Salesperson (Nick Feist): • Before I ordered the car, I was told by Nick that the dealership stayed close to blue book value. I asked this question specifically so the car wouldn't show up and me getting a lowball offer on my trade. I arrived at the dealership and they valued my car at $3000 under the good value, $3700 for the very good KBB. It was then explained to me that KBB is 3 months behind and cannot be trusted. Why didn't Nick just tell me that before I ordered the car? --I know the answer to this. I would have ordered through another dealership. • Nick told me not to worry; they can routinely beat credit union rates. I even asked a week ahead of time to see if I could come and get trade values and finance rates determined. He said I couldn't, and when I did come to it, the finance guy gave me rates quotes almost a full percentage point higher than my credit union. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have worked the loan through my credit union. I know you guys get a percentage of the rate, and I'm not concerned if you make that money as long as it's not costing me. • Nick told me you'd remove the scratch in the read fender that their detailer had missed. I had to come back for it, and he mostly buffed it out, however, it's still visible in the right light. He offered me an oil change when I told him it was still visible. Hardly taking care of it, like I was promised. Whoever does their detailing: • I found protective plastic stuck in different areas in my car (like hanging from the roof). Would it have really taken that long to unlatch the roof and pull those out? • Cleaning sticker residue from inside window -- again, it is really that hard to remove that. I took rubbing alcohol and removed it in 10 minutes. But, I shouldn't have had to do that for an almost $70k car. • Part stickers still on the back bumper (literally stuck to the top of the number). If you had done 1 walk around the vehicle, you would have noticed this. • Didn't notice the scratch in the fender • They didn't even install the factory accessories I ordered with the car. Would it have really taken that long to put the rear floor mats in, instead of leaving them on the passenger seat? Or take 15 minutes to install the grab bars? • Didn't even clear the nav system on my trade-in. There's even a picture of the navigation system on my old car that shows my name and recommends directions to my house. Finance guy: • Finance guy originally provided paperwork where $'s didn't add up. The salesperson (Nick Feist) pressured me to sign them anyways, I refused and made them go re-work the document. • When I complained about the rate, I wanted to talk to the sales manager, as the salesperson was now busy with another customer. He told me they didn't have a sales manager. We'll after I gave them a bad review on FCA's survey, the sales manager called me and left me a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I find out they do indeed have a sales manager. The finance guy just lied to my face, just like the salesperson did. We have yet to connect because the sales manager will not return my call. Whoever runs their website. • As mentioned previously, there's even a picture of the navigation system on my old car that shows my name and recommends directions to my house. Scam operation with online bait and switch theme. Listed lease deals are not close to real with otherworldly hidden fees. They were ready for me to test drive and go thru the buying experience. Everyone was helpful in answering questions and getting the add on options I wanted.
