Great and quick service! Highly recommend! My wait time for oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point check was about 20-30 minutes. The White Bear location was about 2 h Highly recommend! My wait time for oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point check was about 20-30 minutes. The White Bear location was about 2 hours each time at a scheduled appointment. That’s ridiculous! Highly recommended the Roseville location. More

Negotiated the purchase of a vehicle with Dan V. and provided copies of my driver's license, insurance as well as a deposit authorization. Since I live 350 miles away as part of the negotiation, it and provided copies of my driver's license, insurance as well as a deposit authorization. Since I live 350 miles away as part of the negotiation, it was understood I would fly to Minn., inspect and finalize the purchase. I was told the car would be removed from listings and available status. NINE days later, after purchasing accessories and airline tickets, I received a text indicating the vehicle was sold out from underneath me. No heads up! A call from Kevin A., sales manager was simply to apologize. To hear they didn't realize the vehicle was already committed is not what I would consider a valid excuse. Of course they sold it for more and received financing fees. Very shady business practices. I'm considering litigation More
