Staff is very responsive, facility comfortable; but just had an oil change where technician spilled oil over the engine and many underhood areas. Technician did not take time to wipe up spills. I went in to buy my first new car, and wanted something practical for my small business, so I was looking at a Promaster City. This was the first dealership I visited and upon going in, Aaron came over ri practical for my small business, so I was looking at a Promaster City. This was the first dealership I visited and upon going in, Aaron came over right away and asked what I was looking at, and as soon as I mentioned the Promaster line, he immediately went and found Adam, who was very knowledgeable in them and was able to find what I needed in an in transit order. He kept me up to date on the status over the next month and when it did come it, was willing to work with my schedule to get a time to test drive, and buy the vehicle. Both he and Josh in finance were able to walk me through the whole process including explaining the final price and costs of everything, a trade in, rebates for business owners, finding a loan that fit my personal/business needs, and a few minor add ons. I never felt the stereotypical pushy car salesman from either of them or anyone else throughout the whole process. I visited 3 different dealerships and these guys had by far the most knowledgeable, friendly staff of all and the best first impression of any of them. I’ll definitely be coming back! More
