Staff is very responsive, facility comfortable; but just had an oil change where technician spilled oil over the engine and many underhood areas. Technician did not take time to wipe up spills. Was technici had an oil change where technician spilled oil over the engine and many underhood areas. Technician did not take time to wipe up spills. Was technician careless about other steps of the oil change and the safety check? Because of this careless behavior I will likely go elsewhere next time. To Belzer's credit my call to them was acknowledged without excuses and they said they will correct the problem. More
