This is the worst place EVER! ! We never even met the sales guy. Communications was terrible. We were being text by the sales guy and the finance guy and never knew who we were tal ! We’re rushed in and out while signing papers and were told our interest rate on the way there. At that time, we were dealing with some financial things and our credit score had dropped a bit, but that is not a reason to be treated in such a way. We drove from an hour away with 2 small children. The sales guy was texting me the entire afternoon from his personal phone by this time, which was strange because I requested a call multiple different occasions and it did not happen. As soon as we arrived, the sales guy sent out his con worker to take us in a test drive because he had another customer, who I am sure was spending more money then us, so we never even met him. It was a complete joke. The ONLY good thing that came from all of this was the smile my husband had when he drove away in his new truck/ More
