Worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. Advertised two trucks were on their lot- drove all the way there after confirming they indeed were only to find out neither were there. David was very nice and two trucks were on their lot- drove all the way there after confirming they indeed were only to find out neither were there. David was very nice and tried hard to help, however the management that morning were exceptionally cowardly. They offered 6k lower for my car than my lowest offer from multiple other dealers in the twin cities. When I challenged the price to understand where that low offer came from, the manager refused to come out from their pathetic little glass fishbowl. The ironic part is that the first thing their sales team said to me was that they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. I find that ironic given i have never been so unsatisfied with a car buying experience in my life. I would steer every single person I know away from Jeff Belzer’s New Prague. One happy customer tells two people, an unhappy one tells 10. Pretty simple customer service principle. Go there to look if you want to be disappointed. More
