While exploring for my second Jeep Gladiator (due to additional features not found on my model year and due to the state of the used car market) I came across an inbound Hydro Blue Rubicon on its way to additional features not found on my model year and due to the state of the used car market) I came across an inbound Hydro Blue Rubicon on its way to the same dealer I bought my original Gladiator. Ben was able to keep tabs on its arrival and let me know when it was officially unloaded from the truck. I made an appointment for a few days later and Ben was able to construct a sales deal that worked great for me. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Ben on the purchase of my 2nd Jeep Gladiator! More

Overall a good experience. This was a vehicle order and not an off the lot purchase. My original salesman was good to deal with in the ordering phase but not so great in keeping me updated on order status. not an off the lot purchase. Was informed my original sales guy no longer worked there and that Tyler McClatchey was taking over. Tyler was great. Very attentive and made the purchase process very simple and stress free.
