Gerard came highly recommended to us by close friends. At that time we were coming out of a bankruptcy and looking to find a good car at a reasonable rate. He maintained close contact with us as he worked with their finance people. We were soon the proud owners of a new car. During all of this, Gerard treated us with the utmost respect and was a true professional every step of the way. Over the next 16 months, Gerard kept much appreciated contact with us and offered us suggestions for upgrading our vehicle. When the time was right to make a new purchase, we never considered another salesman or dealership. Gerard made the purchase as easy and convenient as before. He introduced us to Irina, their finance person, who explained the options to us clearly and knowledgeably. We were in the car we had spoken with him about and were on the way home in 2 hours. Gerard has followed up with a phone call to make sure we are enjoying our car and don't have any questions. We will be returning this weekend to sealcoat the vehicle. Mike was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about the truck that we bought. He went over everything on it, answered all of our questions, made sure the truck was clean and fu very knowledgeable about the truck that we bought. He went over the specs of the truck to make sure that it would pull the trailer we have and also to make sure that it would fit our future needs for a bigger trailer. I forget the finance person's name, but she was very nice too. She was able to get good financing for us and answered whatever questions we had about the transaction. I'm was happy with the price, warrantee and they found the best possible loan option, saving me additional money. During a previous purchase I was skeptical about purchasing a warrantee on a used truck. The sales manager took the extra time to explain my options and I decided to add the warrantee to my agreement. I'm so glad that they helped me with the selection. To date their attention to detail has saved me almost $2,000. I would and have recommend Keith and the sales team at New Prague Ford to anyone. More

I had a bad experience with the dealership before, but Krag made that bad experience disappear. He was very personable and knowledgeable.
