Our deal started over the phone. Greg was very motivated in getting a deal done but more importantly making sure he was meeting our needs and making sure the vehicle we were looking for had all of the optio in getting a deal done but more importantly making sure he was meeting our needs and making sure the vehicle we were looking for had all of the options. I was extremely appreciative because we were driving for greater than two hours and wanted no surprises. From the minute we entered the lot and building, we were extremely satisfied with appearance of the dealership. We were welcomed at the door and were asked if we enjoyed the ride. Very personable... I also liked how they had the vehicle detailed and sitting in the shop to look at with our three daughters. I also liked that if we asked a question, and if he wasn't sure 100% sure of an answer, he would check it out. He was willing not to act like he knew it all. The human touch... The process of finance, was also very good. I was happy with her and her ability to find us the best possible interest rate. She was also very easy to visit with as well.
