Chad shot me a good price from the start, a little negotiating on the trade ins and the deal was done. Finance Dept is top notch, was given more financing options than I could have imagined. Our salesman, Mike was very courteous in answering questions, seemed very knowledgeable. He was patient with us when dealing with our time spent making decisions and processing paperwork on financing questions, seemed very knowledgeable. Always was quick to return phone calls with questions about vehicle and about maintenance procedures, and auto body add-ons. The truck was thoroughly cleaned on pick up and we were impressed by Mike's ease at giving instructions on how to connect blue tooth in truck, how to set up electronic settings, etc. There was no pressure on us by Mike to make a sale, but only wanted us to put money down when we were comfortable with what we were ready to make the purchase. Overall, we were very pleased with the service given and will be customers to this dealership for a long time. More
