I went looking for 4 door pickups and was lured to New Praque auto group when I recieved a mailer directly from Chrysler motors offering a significant rebate and an offer to buy my 05 Dodge Dakota Quad Ca Praque auto group when I recieved a mailer directly from Chrysler motors offering a significant rebate and an offer to buy my 05 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab. I checked at other dealers for deals and trade in offers. I was suprised at the final price at NPAG. The discount was good, the rebate was great, and the trade in value was the best I had been offered. They through in the running boards as a final deal sealer. The salesman Dave Seipp was very freindly and easy to deal with. At delivery time he was there to explain all the features of the truck and wish us a safe trip home. My 11 year old son liked him! I have always dreaded the idea of purchasing a new car. When I walked into New Prague Auto Group, I never had the feeling I was going to get taken advantage of as a first time buyer. Sarah was super friendly when she greeted me at the door. She eventually directed me to Kyle. Kyle was very friendly and asked me a bunch of questions about features I was looking for in my future car. Unfortunately their inventory did not have the car that would best fit me. Instead of pressuring me into one of their cars on the lot he was able to find a car in Hudson, WI that had the features I wanted at a price I could afford. There were no pressure situations that made me feel uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. I came into the New Prague Auto Group with a monthly payment in mind and Kyle made it easy between reaching a trade-value that I was satisfied with, and finding a vehicle that would be in the price range I was looking for. All in all, it was a great experience! Irina did a fantastic job dealing with paperwork aspect of my first car buying experience. She explained everything very thoroughly and made it easy to understand. More
