Brian was outstanding! We had a vehicle in mind prior to going to the dealership but unfortunately upon arrival were informed the vehicle we desired to purchase was sold earlier in the day. We ended up purchasing a 2007 Dodge Nitro with a mere 49,000 miles and was everything we were looking for. Brian has a knack for listening to his clients and meeting their needs and wants. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership with Brian as our salesman. When we arrived at the dealership I drove through the whole lot first, nice selection. Dustin came out and offered his help when we stopped to look at the trucks. It was an hour and a half drive up there for me, so I knew what I was looking for and what I thought would be a good deal for it. When I got up there I didnt expect the level of customer service I got a knew what I was looking for and what I thought would be a good deal for it. When I got up there I didnt expect the level of customer service I got and am impressed as well as pleased. They were helpful and saw to it that my needs concerning the vehicle and my trade-in were met. My only issue was with the quality of service done when they switched my after-market wheel and tire combo to my newly purchased truck. It was only one thing, but with the wheels there are center caps front and rear. They differ in that the front ones are open through both ends, the rear caps aren't. The front caps were on the driver side front and rear axles, while the rear caps were the same way on the right. Now I can accept that they were busy, and perhaps rushed it without paying close attention to how the caps were on the first truck. It was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend, and several people were coming in regularly to the dealership. So it ended up being something I had to correct at home. However minor it was an error, it is one I feel the mechanic or mechanics doing the switch should have seen. With that said, I believe I had a good experience during the entire process and will recommend them to friends and family, as well as look to them for possible future vehicle purchases. More
