When I came in I had a general idea of what I was looking for, but did not know specifically what car to choose. Cassie made sure to go thru all the different features included in the vehicle in a clear and understandable way. stopped in last Monday looking for a trade value for my 12 Ford F-150 as it was nearing the warranty cut-off. They came back with a dollar value in 15 minutes that I was happy with and the next day I drove away in a new 2013 F-150. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this dealership was in my opinion as good as I have seen as far as making the process fast and enjoyable. No hassling, no haggling, just a dealership committed to buyer satisfaction. Also wanted to comment that this group has a unique humbleness about them. We left the dealership to comparison shop at Wolf Motors in Jordan-where we have purchased the past several vehicle. When we walked into Wolf Motors, we interupted a "Pizza Party" and they seemed annoyed that we were even there! Finally we did get someone to help us and work up numbers. When we called Joleen back, she did her homework in working up the numbers and looking online to see exactly what Wolf Motors was offering us. After a couple calls back and forth, we made the deal. We had a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this dealership to everyone we know! Well done! More
