I had a great experience working with Cassie at New Prague Auto Group. I was looking at purchasing a new truck and spent a couple of hours with her going over options along with test driving a few truc Prague Auto Group. I was looking at purchasing a new truck and spent a couple of hours with her going over options along with test driving a few trucks. She found the truck I was looking for and during and after the purchase I had a number of questions that she responded to in a timely manner. I went there because I wanted to buy from more of a small town dealer that would provide me good service and that is what I received. I would recommend buying from Cassie abd New Prague Auto. I also worked with Irina who did an excellent job processing the financing for the transaction. More

We had been looking for a vehicle for a while, and when i stopped at New Prague Ford i saw a vehicle that i was especially interested in. Joleen came out and greated my in a very nice manner, and allowed me stopped at New Prague Ford i saw a vehicle that i was especially interested in. Joleen came out and greated my in a very nice manner, and allowed me to look over the vehicle. I really liked it, so next step was to have my whife come with and take a look. We decided to purchase the vehicle. Joleen worked dilligently to help us make the deal. After the we ran an application through and received a great interest rate. Once we got the vehicle home, we had an issue right away, and Joleen and your team did an amazing job when it came to getting it fixed for us. Thanks again! More

I've had Jeremy in Parts and Service, servicing my truck and have been very happy with service that I have received. I’ve been looking for some time at trucks to replace mine, I have put on over truck and have been very happy with service that I have received. I’ve been looking for some time at trucks to replace mine, I have put on over 180,000 miles on my truck since I had purchased it new, thought it was time to the trade the truck in for a new one. So with Mike my salesman, I explained my concerns as to staying within a manageable budget before I got attached to any truck, we worked on different scenarios, (what if’s), if I traded in my truck and the purchase price was x dollar amount and so on. With the information at hand I was able to decide on a Truck. The only thing was the features I wanted Mike did not have on the lot, the great thing was Mike was able to track one down from another dealership out state that met my requirements, . The truck came in and it had everything, and the looks to go with it. Negotiating was straight forward and settled on a price almost from the get go. I then work with New Prague finance person, Brian, he showed the various choices for financing, answered all the questions and was able to fine tune the numbers that helped me stay within a payment plan I could comfortably afford. They were really patient, they listen, answered all my questions and more, without any high pressure. Mike and Brian were honest and straight forward. I felt I was treated more than fairly, all through the process. This is what I came to expect having my old truck worked on by their service department, working with Jeremy in Service and Parts, Mike in Sales and Brian in Finance . Extremely pleased with process, will encourage my family members and friends to work with New Prague Chevrolet, for whatever needs they have. You won’t go wrong. More

I had a great buying experience with New Prague Ford. The first night I stopped by shortly before closing just for a quick look.
