I was very happy with our purchase. Mark understood the situation with helping my brother out. The price was very important, and so was the payment that was affordable. I LOVE my Ford Escape! Both, Chad Smith and Sarah Salaba were FANTASTIC to work with. I found the vehicle online and requested more information regarding the vehicle via email. I had a response within minu were FANTASTIC to work with. I found the vehicle online and requested more information regarding the vehicle via email. I had a response within minutes. I live in North Eastern Wisconsin and New Prague, MN is over a 2 1/2 hour drive away. Chad completed the sale with me over the phone and via email. It was the smoothest car buying experience ever! The dealership was even willing to meet me half way between New Prague, MN and Rice Lake, WI to sign all the paperwork and pick up my new car. I would definitely recommend the New Prague Ford Chrysler dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Chad Smith and Sarah Salaba, you won't regret it! More

I went to New Prague Ford.I purchased a 2013 Ford xlt f150 on 9/20 2013. There was a flaw in the paint which I was unaware of when I purchased the vehicle.They could not fix the flaw to my satisfaction b f150 on 9/20 2013. There was a flaw in the paint which I was unaware of when I purchased the vehicle.They could not fix the flaw to my satisfaction because I didn't want to have a new vehicle which had to be repainted.I was up there on Monday 9/23/2013 saying I didn't want the truck anymore because of the paint problem.I was told to bad there was nothing they could do except take $300 off running boards which I finally took because otherwise it was too bad.I have talked to other car dealers and was told if they wanted a happy customer they would have taken the truck back. Maybe they don't need a happy customer after they sell them a vehicle but that is just my opinion. More

This was my first car purchase, and I was very hesitant in doing so for a number of reasons. I was greeted by Dave who initially was going to work with me, however, given my circumstances and just the fac in doing so for a number of reasons. I was greeted by Dave who initially was going to work with me, however, given my circumstances and just the fact that I prefer working with women he was very gracious in handing me off to Irina. Irina, was very patient, thorough, and helpful of my situation and provided me with the feedback I needed to move forward in the process. I was then turned over to Annastina, who was amazing! Her customer service skills and care to go above and beyond to help me was something that you do not see today. Knowing that this was my first time and that my situation was going to be more complicated she was reassuring, genuinely sincere, and honest in whatever I was asking or needed. Even though, I ended up having to go through Tim because she didn't work in special financing she stayed there to ensure that I was well taken care of. She even test drove the car with me, knowing it wasn't her sale in the end. I can't say enough about her awesomeness, except she definitely helped influence my final decision and made my overall experience a positive one! Give her a raise, or make sure to do something because those are employees you want to keep ;-)! Tim, who I ended up buying my lovely vehicle from was extremely understanding of my situation and kind. He seemed determined to make things happen and I was very impressed that he came through on his word. I think he listened to my needs and made sure to meet them. I am very grateful for his diligence in the process because I wouldn't be driving my new vehicle if it wasn't for him. Overall, from beginning to end my experience was a wonderful one. I've learned a lot in the process, but I have no hesitation that I will use you in the future and recommend you as well! My parents, Jim and Joann Petersen love you guys and spoke very highly of your customer service, and I'm glad to see it was true and than some! More

After some terrible experiences years ago at some dealerships I have for many years purchased used vehicles from private parties only. So 6 weeks ago I decided to put a few emails out to dealerships dealerships I have for many years purchased used vehicles from private parties only. So 6 weeks ago I decided to put a few emails out to dealerships to see if I would feel comfortable enough at a dealership to buy my first new vehicle since 1984. Within hours of sending these emails out I received a response from Sarah Salaba at New Prague Ford. She was as polite as a person could be and was more than happy to help with any questions I had, I did not feel any pressure from her at all to hurry up and get in there to buy something. A few days I called her back to let her know I would be stopping in to talk with someone about looking at a new pickup truck. She was very happy to hear that and wanted to make sure I let her know when I got there so she could meet me. When I got to the New Prague Ford I was greeted by Cassie Johnson and eventually met Sarah also, both were very polite, professional and really made me feel comfortable while I was there. Cassie spent a while with me listening to me explain what I thought I wanted in a truck, she than went thru what the trucks offered. We went thru the different body styles, engine options and how each performed and we went thru the many other options a person could add to a truck, many of these I was not interested in and that seemed just fine with Cassie. There was absolutely no pressure from her to buy anything I did not want. After I was comfortable with everything, we test drove a couple trucks. Cassie was very helpful in explaining everything these trucks now have to offer. After the test drive I asked her to give me the best price out the door they could offer and after a few minutes I had that. Three weeks later I called and had Cassie find me my new truck. Even though some things changed with the price in the tree weeks it took me to decide New Prague honored the price they originally gave me. I am now in my 3rd week with this new truck and could not be happier, I am averaging 18.9 to 19 mpg with the F150 Super Crew XLT V8. I will refer family and friends to this dealership. Thank You Sarah and Cassie for the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Mike More
