We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from New Prague Ford Chrysler, but if we were closer we definitely would. We live in Indianapolis, IN and had been looking for a used Ford F150 Platinum. I spoke with Sarah Salaba and she was just outstanding. She went above and beyond in getting us a number we wanted, but it just came down to the 10 plus hour drive to get the vehicle was to much. She shot a video of the truck, gave us her number for texting, and really followed up when she said she would. I truly felt bad in letting her know we just could not do the drive. As most would agree purchasing a car is not the most fun in the world, but if all sales people were like Sarah Salaba the experience would be a hole lot better....... More

He helped move our truck topper from the old one to the new one, and did well at explaining the functionality of the setup of the new vehicle, without which, I would never have realized this functionality existed. This was the second time in three years we bought a vehicle from this firm, and that is something I had never done before was bring any repeat business back to an auto dealership. But we were fairly treated here, with a minimum of patronizing and dog and pony show. I very highly recommend Gerard and New Prague Auto Group to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. More

From the moment I emailed New Prague Ford, close to the end of the day, to see if the extremely rare vehicle I was looking for was there, I received a reply email from Sarah within 1/2 hour letting me know end of the day, to see if the extremely rare vehicle I was looking for was there, I received a reply email from Sarah within 1/2 hour letting me know it was, the details of it and a link to more information on the vehicle. She snapped a picture of the vehicle and text it to me before she left for the evening and was still answering any questions I had after her work day had ended. She set up a time for us to go for a test drive, we ended up there hours earlier than she planned, she made sure Annastina was going to be in as she was the salesperson Sarah set me up with. Annastina is the BEST salesperson ever!! Honest, up front and very fun to work with! Being a woman and dealing with male car salespeople can be intimidating, not one thing about my purchase was as such. Very relaxed and wonderful woman to work with. I HIGHLY recommend her!! :) From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremely happy and pleasant. Everyone is very personable and just an all around joy to work with. Even the people we didn't directly work with were very friendly and wonderful!! While running financing to see if they could get me a better deal, Irina too is awesome, no intense pressure for extended plans or add-ons, we were given comp coupons for lunch so we were not stuck waiting at the dealership. The car was washed and vacuumed and the tank filled before we left the lot. All in all, my purchase took about 3 hours, my previous car (dealership will remain nameless) took 11 hours to purchase. I HIGHLY recommend New Prague Ford!! :) They are well worth any drive, ours was 2 hours just to arrive there. More
