Quite pleased After some local test drives, I decided I wanted a new Jeep Cherokee. The local dealer did not have the configuration I wanted in stock, and I was re After some local test drives, I decided I wanted a new Jeep Cherokee. The local dealer did not have the configuration I wanted in stock, and I was really unimpressed with the salesman anyway. So, I e-mailed nearly every Jeep dealer in Minnesota within about 100 miles of my home with a description of what I wanted. The Internet salesperson for New Prague Auto Group put me in touch with Chad, who was a great help every step of the way. At first, Chad was concerned that they did not have the Sport trim level with cold weather package in stock like was initially requesting. I asked him to go ahead and tell me about the closest model they had. He quoted me on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with the cold weather package and no other optional extras. I was initially looking for a 2014, and since the rebates weren't as high on the 2015 models (understandably), I was initially thinking a 2015 might cost more than I wanted to spend. But, after a couple extra rebates I ended up qualifying for, the price got better. I ended up considering four "finalists" for dealerships from which to buy my car. New Prague was the only one with a 2015. But, they were also the only dealership willing to work on valuing my trade by photo and description (and my assurance that the trade-in car would get there without being towed). That allowed us to put together the whole deal over e-mail. Since the dealership is about an hour drive from my house, it wasn't going to be practical for me to drive there just to have a trade evaluation, and this service really sealed the deal for me, along with a negotiation process and result that I found fair. I would never have suspected that I would head to the town of New Prague to buy a new car, but I did, and I'm glad. I will certainly consider this dealership for any vehicles I need in the future, and I would happily recommend this dealer -- and Chad in particular -- to someone wanting to buy a new vehicle. More
