Felt a little frustrated trying to purchase a vehicle that they had listed on website but hadn’t been delivered yet. Initially it couldn’t be purchased until it was on dealer lot as a first come first se that they had listed on website but hadn’t been delivered yet. Initially it couldn’t be purchased until it was on dealer lot as a first come first serve buyer. After repeatedly trying to get the truck I was happy to finally be able to get the truck after agreeing to purchase thousands of dollars in accessories to add to the truck and taking a little bit of a bath on a trade-in. When we came to bring truck home after having an agreement manager wanted to deduct another $1000 of our trade-in. Not cool at that point in process. Joe was great to work with as a salesman though. Seems to be more of a manager issue. 5 stars for Joe and the accessories manager I worked with. Don’t remember his name but he was a great help putting accessories package together. Joe was helpful throughout process. More
