Our salesman, Tom, emailed us back right after we contacted the chat rep, even though it was later on Friday evening. He followed back up by phone within 30 min of us responding and was very friendly and helpful. He assured us the car we wanted would be waiting for Us around 3pm on Saturday since we were coming from Eagan to New Prague. Our wait was short and we were sold on the car right away! Tom, Matt and Mike did everything they needed to get us in the car, with financing we could afford in record time. And thanks, also, to the younger salesman that was there and chatted with us while Tom and Mike were working their magic. This is our second car from the Jeff Belzer group and you can bet we'll be back when we're in the market again! More
First-Class Experience at Jeff Belzer's Ford Bought a Shelby Mustang from Jeff Belzer's out-of-state. I could not have had a better experience despite being 1,500 miles away. Scotty Cameron was Bought a Shelby Mustang from Jeff Belzer's out-of-state. I could not have had a better experience despite being 1,500 miles away. Scotty Cameron was one of the nicest, no-nonsense, and personable representatives I've ever encountered in purchasing many cars over my lifetime across various brands. These guys know how to build and maintain a good trust relationship. Customers in and around the MN area are very lucky to have access to such exemplary sales and service! Well Done! More
They told me to take my keys and go. I went into Jeff Belzers expecting them to help me out since they had so many cars to choose from and such a big team. Well the first people were will I went into Jeff Belzers expecting them to help me out since they had so many cars to choose from and such a big team. Well the first people were willing to work with me and did great and everything looked good...then we went to the higher up people and they were trying to push a car I didn't even want which would cost me more and I was looking for cheaper and they knew that....well after the numbers didn't turn out the wouldn't negotiate on trade in value for my vehicle I was told they'd give me $10,000.00 however I went to a small town dealer and they said they would give me $13,000 trade in which is a big difference but when I told them what the other dealer was going to give me they told me to take my keys and leave, so I did and as I was walking out the door the guy said hopefully they can keep their word, but he said it in the rudest way possible....on top of that I walked out of the dealership crying and there was a window sticker in my car already when I got in, I didn't even have a car worked out and they were already trying to push me out of mine. Now they wont stop calling...you told me to leave so stop calling you lost a customer plus my whole family that was looking for new cars also. More
Told 3 times items needed replacing that were perfectly good I've taken my car there for oil changes because they are generally easy to get into and have a Decent waiting area. However on my last three visits I've taken my car there for oil changes because they are generally easy to get into and have a Decent waiting area. However on my last three visits I was told I needed new front tire rods and they quoted me $1000 for my Buick, Stating they would have to take the whole end apart to change the tire rods. I thought I could hold off till next time I had my oil changed, so next time I went in and told me the price would be $500 for the tire rods. Clearly I was very confused, and I told the service tech that I was previously quoted $1000 and why it would've been so much three months ago. He didn't have an answer for me. At the second visit when I was told my tire rods would be $500, I was also told my shocks were going bad. Feeling like I wasn't getting the entire truth, I went to another local auto repair shop and they showed me exactly what was going on. My tire rods were perfectly fine, however my struts were in need of replacement. I was able to get my shocks replaced for $200 less than Jeff belzers quoted. My most recent oil change I had a coupon for, it was $10 off the price and any oil change. The coupon stated you had to present it at the time of service, which I did. When I picked up my car I was shocked to see that it cost $35 and change. This was more than the full price oil change I received from them a few months prior without the coupon. I'm very disappointed and their tactics to sell unnecessary repairs to their clients. And an effort to maintain clients, offer a coupon but then inflate the base charge. More

Felt taken advantage of I'm sure Jeff Belzer's does a wonderful job selling cars when a customer actually wants to buy, and I'll say that I would have been a serious buyer if I'm sure Jeff Belzer's does a wonderful job selling cars when a customer actually wants to buy, and I'll say that I would have been a serious buyer if I felt like I had been treated fairly and we came to an agreement on price. Sadly, neither one of those instances occurred. I had been corresponding with a salesperson via email about coming out of my current lease early. I'm over on miles and thought I could get into another car if the numbers worked out. I also wanted to know what my current car was worth so that I could get a better idea of how much I would owe in negative equity. The salesperson explicitly told me to come in so that they could appraise my car. I even made sure to ask him whether they would actually appraise it, because it's happened to me before where a dealer says they'll look at my car, but when I get to the dealership, they turn me away. I drove 30 minutes to Jeff Belzer's and was helped by a guy named Adam Engdahl. He took my car keys to make it seem like my car was going to get appraised. Then he started talking to me about new and used cars that he could sell me. He was nice about it, and he tried to educate me about the current condition of my car as well as what I could possibly end up paying in fees at the end of my lease, but all the while, I'm waiting for someone to come back to me with an appraisal for my car. Long story short, I spent about 2.5 hours in that dealership before Adam presented some numbers to me about a Kia Sportage I was interested in and had test driven. There was about a $100 difference in what I wanted to pay monthly and what the dealership was offering. We couldn't agree, so there was no deal. I thought that would be the end of it, but then they brought in this closer named Jessica Gitch, who pretty much started the process all over again. Mind you, I had already been at this dealer for going on 3 hours. The fact that she began talking to me about other cars she could get me to consider or whether I wanted to buy or lease just made me feel more exhausted. Eventually, I told her the reason I was at Jeff Belzer's to begin with was to get an appraisal on my car, which is what I was told would happen from that initial salesperson I spoke to via email. Yet, she confirmed what I had feared: that they never did or were going to do an appraisal on my car. Then she started to ramble on about how they're known for their customer service (which made me guffaw), how no one working there earns commission (which clearly doesn't improve their customer service), and how if the customer doesn't have a good experience at their dealership, the salesperson gets a "hit". At the end of her spiel, which included a lot of other nonsense, I told her to give me the keys to my car so that I could leave. Adam did end up giving me a number for the value of my car, but I'm almost certain he just went on KBB to look up a price (it was the same price that I got when I looked up the value of my car on KBB). I spent 3 hours in this dealership with the impression that I was going to get an appraisal, and I could have potentially bought a car if I got the one I wanted at my price point, but instead, I got the work around and I felt taken advantage of. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me, straight up, that they weren't going to appraise my car. That's what other dealerships have done and I only wasted 20 minutes as opposed to 3 hours. I understand that they're trying to get me to buy another vehicle, but did they really think I was that dense to purchase something I couldn't afford? Now I have even more miles on my leased car for absolutely no reason. Jeff Belzer's completely wasted my time and upped my mileage fee even more. More

It's very clear that their #1 goal is customer satisfaction My previous new vehicle purchase was with a different dealer in the Minneapolis area. It ended up being a very bad experience. This time around, I did my research and ended up choosing Jeff Belzer's based off of their 2016 Consumer Satisfaction award. Hate to cut this short, but simply put, Joleen and the Jeff Belzer team were very patient with me, and in the end made sure that I had the truck I wanted, received a solid trade-in value, and had a great experience. I'll be directing anyone looking to purchase to this dealer. More
