Unprofessional and Dishonest Salesmen After speaking with Scott Cameron over a 2-day period, because the vehicle was unavailable (it was in the body shop) I made an appointment to see the After speaking with Scott Cameron over a 2-day period, because the vehicle was unavailable (it was in the body shop) I made an appointment to see the vehicle and speak with Cameron.. I advised that I was coming from 1-hour away and would be in a hurry. I arrived on time for my appointment and Cameron stated that another party was interested in the vehicle. However, because we had spoken several times, I would have the first opportunity to purchase the vehicle. While I waited to see the car, the sales manager (unknown name) came out (while Cameron seemed to hide) and stated that the car was sold to the other party. I advised that Cameron said I could see the vehicle first as he knew I was on my way to see the car. This sales manager repeated that the car had been sold. It is unfortunate that these individuals perpetuate negative stereotypes of car salesman. They were disrespectful of our verbal agreement and of my time. The sales manger and Cameron have poor business practices, and I will never do business with this company or these individuals. While Cameron was friendly on the phone, he lied to me in person. Buyer beware!!! More

Jarret Petsch was awseome, friendly and kept in touch making sure things were progressing. Matt Moore was also a key to getting the deal done. We have purchased a vehicle at the Lakeville location and now at New Prague. We are from North Dakota and will always buy from the Minnesota Belzer family as they have competitive pricing and a great selection with a top notch staff. Thanks guys. More

Original review: I have contacted the GSM Jon Barrows and left a message... I tried again later that day. I have yet to receive a phone call. I asked to speak to the GM, and was routed to a mailbox without a greeting message. I left a voicemail there as well. Update: After posting this review, Jon reached out to me within minutes. Phone calls are supposed to be forwarded to his cell, but apparently that didn't happen. I spoke with Jon for 30 minutes, and Jon has assured me that he will help correct the shortcomings of Chrysler Cares customer service, and followed through with that promise. More

We were buying a truck - had it picked out& financed still no call- even felt that my husbands calls were being screened. Poor, poor professionalism. More
Amended review Jeff Belzers is a high volume car dealer. I called and set up a time an hour and a half out to look at 1 specific truck. When I showed up after driving over an hour to see it the truck was sitting right at the front door (I liked that) BUT the tires were caked in mud (so much you couldnt see the tread). So, the first 1/4 mile of my test drive, all I could hear was rocks and mud being thrown against the truck body. After the test drive I noticed scratches on the tailgate - on a brand new truck and after it was washed I was able to find more scratches on the hood and rocker panels. They amended the damage by tossing in floor mats at my suggestion so I was content with that. Our purchase experence wasnt perfect and we gave an appropriate review. Our salesperson called us multiple times and promised that if we sent Ford a second review that was excellent they'd send us mud flaps for the truck. We agreed - then after sending Ford an excellent second review our Jeff Belzers salesperson then told us they wouldn't honor the mud flaps that were promised. So...I wrote this review... HERE'S THE FOLLOW UP: After posting the above review Jon Barrows messaged me almost immediately. We talked for about 15 minutes and he genuinely cared about my business. In the end he not only fulfilled the dealerships original agreement by honoring the salespersons proposal but he also regained my trust. In the next year when we are ready to replace our next vehicle I would certainly offer Jeff Belzers Ford another chance at my business. Thank you Jon Barrows. More
