Worst service and communication at all levels. We had the vehicle picked out prior to showing up at the dealership. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. It took HOURS, Nobody was in a hurry to help us, no communication from anyone on why our sale was taking so long to be processed. People standing around, nobody taking care of us, The finance manager had the paperwork wrong once we finally got in to sign the papers. He knew we were upset and simple said it couldn’t be helped. REALLY. No empathy or apology whatsoever. Once paperwork finalized, we had to wait an additional hour for the “delivery coordinator” who never did show up The sales person had left for the day. The store was closing. Our vehicle was apparently sitting over at the cleaning center. Finally people were noticing we were WAITING. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, cared that we were waiting so long or took control of the situation until the store was closing. More

Above and beyond I bought a new truck for my business, which can be kind of tricky because I have to work with an upfitter in New York. The truck I was originally going to buy was in transit and after waiting four weeks to arrive, Belzer’s did a locate to find an available one. The upfitter in New York had brought the project along as far as they could without the truck there so Michael, my salesman, found some options for me and the truck was delivered within the week. They also worked with the upfitter in combining the truck and the cap into one loan. I worked with Michael primarily over the phone. He understood I had special circumstances to work around and didn’t pressure me into the sale. So many dealers want you to do something right now, but that just isn’t possible with my business and its needs. I highly recommend Jeff Belzer Ford. More
