Jeff Belzer's New Prague

Called the dealership and got a written quote matching that price on a Thursday. The sales team advised the vehicle was supposed to arrive the following Thursday and I agreed to come check it out. I called the following Wednesday to find out what documentation I needed to bring and verify the price and was told the price had increased a little, which was about $5,000 in this case. They would not honor their unconditional and quoted price despite it being less than a week old. They told me their prices sometimes change several times per day. Turned out to be a huge waste of my time. As I read Jeff Belzer dealership reviews on multiple forums this seems to be a recurring theme. Recommend you look elsewhere. More

We told him we would be there to look at it shortly. He had the car ready and waiting. We drove it, my daughter, who was purchasing her first car, loved it. No pressure from Mark,. Gave us thetime and space we needed to discuss the purchase. Answered all our questions. Process was quick. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here. Brian,in finance, also made sure to keep my daughter the center of the conversation. He spoke directly to her about any options to be purchased and she had a good experience dealing with the finance side to. Thank you to both for taking the time to make a 19 year old young lady feel like an adult. She loves the car and the experience for her was awesome. More

Mr. Voss put me in the Perfect F-150 right off the bat I stopped in to my local Jeff Belzer's Ford to meet up with Mike Voss and check out their latest Ford F-150's. Mike had done a fine job over the last I stopped in to my local Jeff Belzer's Ford to meet up with Mike Voss and check out their latest Ford F-150's. Mike had done a fine job over the last year staying in touch from the last time I stopped in to browse, so I simply sent him a message heads up that I'd be in to see a few of their new trucks I spotted on their website. He actually was busy clearing away snow from the recent dumping and managed to already have the perfect truck parked right up front waiting for me before I arrived! I actually wasn't even looking at the truck initially that we took out first, but he knew it was the best offer they had in the lot and it would be tough to pass on. Well it was and here I am a happy customer in a great new F-150 since my last F-150 had over 300,000 miles on it - it was time to see what an updated Ford could offer :) Mike was top notch and did everything he could to be available and not rush me as we went through the various other style F-150's so I could feel out which engine and truck I liked the best. He cleared off the snow and set me up with each version of the truck so I could confidently know I had the right model for me. I don't ever see myself going to a different dealer and hopefully always able to work with Mr. Voss. Great to work with all-around and Belzer's has every style truck with all the engines, options or colors I could ever want and they are 99% of the time the Best Deal around or if not, easily within reach. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More

I feel that we got a pretty fair deal after some negotiations but when buy a new car I always feel like I probably left money on the table. When you are dealing with a professional sales staff like Jenny and Marshall they can make you feel better about the deal we got. After all it was the best deal I found. More

Easy and straightforward purchase We were looking for a new F150 and found Jeff Belzer's dealership online. I emailed and called with mamy questions and then made the 2 1/2 hour drive We were looking for a new F150 and found Jeff Belzer's dealership online. I emailed and called with mamy questions and then made the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. We purchased a new truck (several thousands less than other dealers) and staff stayed late to complete the deal and to walk us through all the features of our new vehicle. All in all a very stress-free and straightforward experince. Would not hesitate to send family or friends to Belzer's Ford. More
