I have to say the experience has been great all 3 times. Straight forward, no hassle and pleasant to do business with. As long as this continues, I will continue doing business with them. First experience at Jeff Belzer's We took a Two hour road trip to "Look" at a truck my husband had found on line . He even ran out in the pouring rain to retrieve the vehicle we were interested in! When he figured out the pricing for the vehicle, the price was the same as what it was online. That didn’t happen at the first 5 dealerships. When we picked up our new vehicle, we asked if someone could explain how to operate all of the options - Mark had already arranged to have Donny III to go through it with us. Donny spent a lot of time with us explaining and demonstrating what are new vehicle could do. He did a great job! More
