I don't know why any business would change their prices during business hours. Needless to say, Dennis got them to honor the price from 5 hours earlier. Now onto finance. I cannot say enough good things about Brian Albaugh. He is the first finance guy that I have ever worked with who gets it. He worked hard and creatively to find the best deal for me. All the people I dealt with from the receptionist to the delivery coordinator were very professional but also treated me like friend. From my first phone call to driving off the lot I worked with experienced and knowledgeable people that made me enjoy the experience. I felt they were trustworthy, genuinely interested in me and that I was in good hands. They had a great inventory of vehicles, great pricing and customer service. Mike Voss was exceptional in securing the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond in communicating with me. I knew when the vehicle was arriving, when it was being prepped and when the accessories were installed. He sent me pricing, purchase documents, pictures of accessories and more.
