Zach Anderson and Joe Kennedy were absolutely fantastic! Very easy to communicate with from start to finish. Had to call Ford corporate to get Belzer to try fixing a vibration under warranty. Belzer service kept telling me for 11 months that no parts were available. Ford shipped them the new driveshaft in just a vibration under warranty. Belzer service kept telling me for 11 months that no parts were available. Ford shipped them the new driveshaft in just a few days and scheduled the service. Unfortunately their diagnosis of the problem was wrong, truck still has the same vibration. It is very noticeable and tells me they didn't test drive it after the work was done. Totally frustrated with them and will never go back. More
