So my experience was not great to begin with but it ended wonderful. I set up an appointment for one specific suv and then get all the way there and find out it's in the shop and can't even see it. So then get called when it's done and avail to test drive in a couple days and I go for my 2nd appointment and right before I get there someone else has it out and test driving it and gonna try to see if they can buy it. Well I figure it's a done deal and I'm just gonna have to look for another car but Tyler Mcclatchey was great to work with he calls me later that night and told me it's still avail. So the next day I finally get to test drive it and buy the car I fell in love with! Tyler was really a very helpful guy thru the whole process. Tim Naajz came thru for us with the financing too got us the deal we needed! More

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. I can’t even count how many times I was lied to in the finance office. Couldn’t get a straight answer on anything.
