Very upset with this the service department. When I booked my service reservation (a month and a half ago)I stated that I needed a loaner while it was in the shop. I received a confirmation for When I booked my service reservation (a month and a half ago)I stated that I needed a loaner while it was in the shop. I received a confirmation for my service reservation, but when I got here they stated they don’t have loaners for service (although I could see loaners everywhere, and if they don’t loan vehicles for service then what do they have loaners for; and why did I get a loaner the last 5 times)? That’s obviously the 1st lye I was told. The second lye I was told was…”do you need a ride somewhere while it’s in the shop of are you waiting?” Being that I was expecting a loaner I obviously would have to wait. So I did for 2.5 hours for the diagnosis and they said it won’t be fixed for a day or two. So now that I found a rental at enterprise I asked if they could give us a ride to enterprise and the response was “we have no one to give you a ride because we are really short on help.” If that were the case why did he even offer a ride when we got here? I will not be coming back to this place again. Especially being the last time I came I got the same run around, and they took 2 weeks to fix my vehicle and they fixed the same thing that they fixed 4 months prior. The service technicians obviously don’t know what they are doing and the advisor is just a liar. If I am spending money at a place I would like to be able to trust their workmanship and advisors. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL DISAPPOINT! More

They didn’t lubricate the doors like I asked him to they didn’t leave inspection report of any kind.
