Jeff Belzer's Lakeville - Service Center

Tried to start my 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid this morning. It was dead. No life to it at all. I called Belzer service to see if there was a simple solution as I had a Doctor's appointment to attend. The young woman who answered the phone was very polite but offered little solutions other than suggesting I call Kia Roadside Assistance. I asked if there was someone else she could question and she said no. Again, very polite but no help. I hung up and went to the internet. Within minutes I found a posting that suggested, for my vehicle, that I locate the battery reset button located to the left of the steering wheel. I found the button and pushed it and the car came alive. Took me about 10 seconds or less. Why someone at Belzer could not have offered this solution is beyond me. Very disappointed. More

My experience with Jeff Belzer Lakeville was nothing short of incredible ! I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them in April 2023.{ I love it by the way.) Any way,the battery started showing signs of short of incredible ! I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them in April 2023.{ I love it by the way.) Any way,the battery started showing signs of imminent failure in late August. A 1/2 dozen failed starts and other warning signs resulted in me contacting Belzer's Customer Service folks to see what they might do for me, if anything. I explained the situation to them and was scheduled an appointment to test the battery. I'm sorry but I had low expectations. Their service people tested the battery and I was told the battery indicated that it needed a charge. I explained that I had had it on the charger that morning. The service tech stated that being the case that they would just replace it. I was definitely pleasantly surprised ! I feel that they took make the customer happy to a new level. A big thank you and kudos to Jeff Belzer.s dealership and especially their Service Department. More
