Don't under stand Have a dodge ram and had a $1,000.00 brake job done and they squeal with 9,000 miles on it. I had 90,000 on factory brakes and did not make one sound. And leave messages and never get called back. They still have not got back to me on my rust warranty. I liked to buy and liked there service but something happened lately and am changing my mind about them. Brian grundhauser is great but he must not work there anymore thats to bad. It's hard to talk you up if you can't follow thru on the finish. More

From the moment I step on the lot to test drive the truck to all the follow up phone calls before deciding to buy the truck. I have to admit if Bill hadn't been so up front and honest about the truck and overall friendly I would have not purchased the truck. I have been looking for the last 2 yrs off and on for a truck and have run into many salesman I didn't remotely trust or found them lying right to my face. My experience at Jeff Belzers was very enjoyable and I hope to continue our relationship many years to come. More

Received a email saying now's the time to trade. Ended up with the stripped down forta sales man kept coming in with higher Payment than we could afford, finally got the payment we could afford. But when we got to finance it was higher (should have walked away we had spent 5hrs there). Accessory sales told us the hitch on the koup wouldn't fit this car (had hitch installed elsewhere for less and they fit. Them all) The car didn't have cruise control called salesman was told they could put factory cruise control in, so I didn't return the car in the 3 day period (should have) the service department installed lever under turn signal lever very awkward to use can't see the light when it's on. Had my free first oil change discovered when I had it changed locally they never changed it you could see the panel under motor had never been removed and the oil was filthy. .transmission slips occasionally and doesn't always shift right. Made appointment to have it checked and their 34point oil change and Tire rotation. I zeroed mileage indicators. They said they test drove it didn't find anything wrong. Indicator should 1tenth of a mile radio was on loud and car smelt like a cigarette. I asked for the sheet that tells you the condition of components (break filters etc)tech said can't find it I'll get another, few items were checked but nothing about filters etc. Now my blue tooth doesn't work right and control's on steering wheel. More
Never return calls or email This is the 3rd time I have had to deal with Belzer. Bought a brand new Ram truck and at 40,000 miles both rear shocks went bad. I have owned 20 car This is the 3rd time I have had to deal with Belzer. Bought a brand new Ram truck and at 40,000 miles both rear shocks went bad. I have owned 20 cars in my lifetime, some with 200k miles and I have never had shocks go out. Yes their warranty is for 36,000 miles but shocks don't just break, they go bad over time so I thought I would try and contact the service manager to see if they would be willing to do something about it. I tried to call Mike Shape, left a message. Emailed him, no reply. Repeat. Same. My last issue I had to go all the way to the owner via letter to actually get someone to return a call and then the person that did was a complete jerk because I went over his head to the boss. I feel like I am part of some weird reality show where I buy a car and am completely ignored every time I have a problem. I wish I could park my truck in the middle of their lot, light it on fire, and throw them the keys. Unfortunately I am stuck with this piece of crap until the engine blows at 101,000 miles (warranty up at 100,000). More

I called the dealership shortly after noticing the problem and they told me it would be fixed under their dollar. I live an hour away and I wasn't able to get there right away. When I did make the trip they made me pay for the repair! I was whisked through there so quickly I didn't even have time to process. After some thought I called to discuss and I was told I couldn't get a refund because I didn't still have the correspondence and the pictures I sent when I noticed the problem because my phone did a factory reset a week earlier. Shouldn't the salesperson or office have record of this? They were calling me to get the vehicle in for repair after all?! More
Poor service scheduling I called my old dealer in New Prague which is now part of Belzer group. They couldn't find the antifreeze leak on my 2015 ram 3500. 6.4ltr. so I thou I called my old dealer in New Prague which is now part of Belzer group. They couldn't find the antifreeze leak on my 2015 ram 3500. 6.4ltr. so I thought I would try their Lakeville store and they couldn't even scheduled me for 8 days. it seems like their customer service is very apathetic to their customer needs, stating that about all they could do was pressure test the system and check for antifreeze in the oil. I suggested how about they fix the problem. did not install any confidence that they would fix my vehicle and not waste anymore of my time. I've heard Jeff belzers had service related issues before now I can confirm that. More
Extremely poor service experience Brought our car in for a 9:00 appointment, we did not hear back from the service after 2 calls. Finally received a call the next morning with no information on what the issue is or when it will be done. Since we already took one day off of work to get this resolved, we had to ell them to stop working on it and we need to pick and will bring it somewhere else. I don't know why we even made an appointment if they didn't look at until the next day. When we went to pick it up the windshield was cracked. They said we must of had a chip in the windshield and it cracked when they brought it inside. "Not our fault" What is even better is the manager said we never drove your car, so we didn't put the chip in the windshield. So they had my car for over 24 hours and never test drove it to find the issue. I bought truck from Belzer because of the price and we were thinking of buying our SUV from them. You need to decided if their low prices are worth the poor service you receive. They are like the Wal-Mart of car dealers. Great prices, poor service. More

a simple oil change Took my Silverado in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was finished. The error code monitor box was still in my cab so I replaced it on the unoccupied desk next to the truck. I drove off. I noticed that my wheel lock was nowhere to be found so I returned and asked about it. They found it and proceeded to torque down all of my wheel lugs. They were going to let me go with loose wheel nuts! I have voiced my opinion elsewhere on the net and someone from Belzers service replied to my comments that I would get a call to talk about this. Nothing. It seems that the car buying process was reasonable there but the service is very subpar. There are lots of other dealers in the area that I know have good service. I am now using them instead of these folks. I realize everyone has an off day. I also realize that loose wheel nuts are not something to let a customer leave the dealership with. I also think that someone should have contacted me. I will not buy another vehicle there. Hope this helps someone make a decision. More
