I went there for my fourth time for them to TRY and fix my jeep and the rude woman Suzanne tried to charge me when they clearly caused my problem. She is so rude talking under her breathe and rolling her eyes. Don't waste your time going here but if you must talk with the other woman or the gentleman. More

In their attempt to fix the problem (which took them twice as long as promised) they caused more damage to the car. Even though I had documentation showing that the damage was caused by them they wanted me to pay for not only the part but the inspection on the car as well. (which also took longer than promised) I would avoid this service department again and if you need to go, ask to work with the manager directly. More
Service department terrible The sales department is fine. Jerry was our salesman and we were happy with him, but if you need service on the car, good luck. Jennifer is short both The sales department is fine. Jerry was our salesman and we were happy with him, but if you need service on the car, good luck. Jennifer is short both on the phone and in person. Howard is a nightmare. Not an ounce of customer service ability in either of them. They were not only rude and demeaning to me ( on at least three occasions) but also to the rental car guy who came to get me. If the manager had an ounce of sense, he would hand them both a pink slip and replace them with people who can handle the job. You can't put people in customer service who have no idea how to suck it up and be nice. Or at the very least cordial. And on a repair front: Please don't sell someone a certified used car if it's not ready to leave the lot. Two trips to the service center in three weeks for a car with 16,000 miles and no working navigation system and an oil leak is not a good way to build customer relations. And when Howard tells you, "Unfortunately, it is your problem", it only compounds things. Never buying another car here again. And we buy a lot of cars! More
Just as easy as BAD Customer Service. Pruchased my latest Jeep from this dealer based on a reco from a friend who knew the owner. The sales process was great and no issues on my end from that part of the experience. However every service has been a "hassle" when you bring your car in you feel as if you are "burdening" the desk staff with the info on the vehicle (even when you are just bringing it in for your oil change). Some of the staff is friendly however the over all feel is that you are not wanted. Working in the service industry myself the first few times I turned my head assuming maybe they had experienced a horrible customer before myself but I have always been polite and calm with my requests and as the pattern continued I have stopped servicing my car at this dealer when I can avoid it. From a mechanic perspective i have had no issues and the one conversation I did have with one of their more experienced mechanics assured me at least the guys in the back knew what they were doing and was even a very pleasant conversation and good experience with him. Unfortunately the people responsible for being the "face" of the service department just ruin the experience. All warrantee work and recall work is done at other dealers now and once out of warrantee I plan to use other dealers or personal mechanics for any work. All of my previous purchases were from another dealer whom I will definitely be returning to for my next purchase even if the cost is a little more. These issues could be fixed with replacing some of the staff members but based on the reviews i have seen on multiple websites I don't think management is paying attention or just has no car. The service department is extremely out of date and cramped so do not plan on waiting for your car. I would recommend looking at Norwalk (Garavel) or Ridgefield (Pamby's) for your future servicing needs. More
WORST "Customer Service" I have been bringing my 2013 Wrangler to the Greenwich service department for 3 years and I have finally had enough and will NEVER be bringing my car I have been bringing my 2013 Wrangler to the Greenwich service department for 3 years and I have finally had enough and will NEVER be bringing my car there again. I am a 27 year old female and constantly feel like I am being taken advantage of for being young and a woman. My uncle happens to be a mechanic so I would double check with him when they would tell me what work my car needed. When I would say "no thank you" to their recommendations, Howard at the front desk would say "well I hope someone is taking care of your car because you sure aren't". Last month my check engine light came on. Brought the car in thinking it would be covered under my 5 year warranty. 2 months out of my 3 year warranty and I needed new spark plugs and a coil pack. They had my car for 3 days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and any time I called to get an update, Jennifer at the front desk would huff and puff as if I was putting her out. Meanwhile, they didn't have a loaner for me to use but told me they could help me rent a car through Enterprise. A few weeks after this my car started making a rumbling noise. Brought my car in yesterday and they told me it was the brake light switch. $160 to replace that and I was told that the problem was resolved and I wouldn't hear the rumbling noise anymore. Leaving work yesterday I heard the rumbling noise again, just 7 hours after they "repaired" it and told me I wouldn't hear the noise anymore. Brought the car back today to get my money back. The only way they would refund me my money is if they took out the new brake light switch and put my old one back. The woman at the front desk made sure I knew it wasn't her fault. This place has ZERO customer service. They get irritated when you ask questions or ask to clarify something. They are just interested in making money, not taking care of your car or serving you as a customer. More
Another Great Experience at Jeep Greenwich Another fast and friendly service visit at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City in Greenwich. John Curran helped me with the appt and Jennifer was my service advisor who was friendly and knowledgeable, had all information ready for me for any question I asked and more. They even went out of their way to clean up the mess Garavel Jeep in Norwalk left underneath my car from a previous service. This should be your first/only option if you are considering a place to service your Jeep. More
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from the dealership that is associated with this service center. Right from the beginning I have had issues with this I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from the dealership that is associated with this service center. Right from the beginning I have had issues with this vehicle. I brought the car in for service because it has a problem going from reverse to drive after being parked for awhile and it has a soft convertible top that is not sealed properly so that when you drive at higher speeds it is quite noisey from the wind. Neither problem has been remedied. Both the dealership and service people have blown me off. In fact, the old guy who sold me my Jeep behaves as if I am putting him out. I have had to fight these people on everything. I have never had that experience before with a car dealership and service center. The front end people at the service center have no people skills and talking to them is like talking to a wall. I have been to many service centers in Greenwich for my clients and I have to say, this is the worst one I have ever encountered for vehicle repairs and customer service. In fact, they should not use the words "customer service" because they don't understand what that means. Needless to say, I will never buy a Jeep again especially from this dealership. They have soured me on this maker. More
