Had a whining noise from my Jeep GC. Jeff Garceau was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative. Car was fixed in a day. Recommend this service center. Jeff Garceau was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative. Car was fixed in a day. Recommend this service center. More

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. After being treated poorly by the Service Dept, GM & Principal of another Jeep dealership, where I bought my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee, I took After being treated poorly by the Service Dept, GM & Principal of another Jeep dealership, where I bought my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee, I took my Jeep here for service. I explained to Suzanni Ortiz that I had been treated poorly elsewhere & that if I was treated well here, I would be a loyal customer. It started OK. Nothing spectacular, but they did the job. Little by little, the service & the treatment deteriorated. Both got worse & worse. I spoke to the man in the office in the Service Dept, who apologized, seemingly mostly to get me out of his office. At the end of 2021, everything hit rock bottom. I called Suzanni, told her what needed to be done, and made an appointment. Suzanni did not order the right parts, despite me telling her what I knew was needed & what their own Parts Dept person said was needed. Suzanni knew better & she was going to save me time & money because the parts were expensive & were going to take a long time to get. Suzanni did NOT know anything & was completely wrong. Suzanni not ordering the parts cost me DAYS! In the end: - I spent 2.5 days of my life in the Service Dept during the holidays for simple repairs for something Suzanni said would take half of 1 day - Suzanni let me sit there for hours & did not keep me updated. - I was there when all the employees were going home & they were turning off the lights. - I had to come back an additional day when a mechanic told Suzanni that he needed the parts she insisted were not needed & did not order, despite info from me & their own Parts Dept saying those parts were needed. - At the end of the day, after waiting there for 8 hours, while I was having a conversation with Suzanni, another customer who decided he did not want to wait his turn to talk to her, decided he was going interrupt. He did interrupt our conversation & Suzanni let him, like he was some sort of "preferred" customer. Keep in mind, it was because of Suzanni's mistake that I had to be there an entire extra day. - Following my Jeep being fixed, I went out to look at it. There were stickers on the tires & wheels that had been replaced. I asked Suzanni about them. She told me "they come right off. YOU can take those right off." I told Suzanni, "I don't work here. The people who installed them can take them off." Exasperated by the fact I wanted someone to their job properly, Suzanni let out a huge sigh & called someone do it. After driving the car away, I discovered stickers on the windshield wipers that said "Remove before use" or something similar. - When I got home, I texted Suzanni about all the issues on the text # they set up for customers. Suzanni did not reply. I followed up. She wrote back something like "I did not know I had to respond...I thought we did a nice job & fixed everything." After more texts about how unsatisfied I was with the service & Suzanni's treatment of me, Suzanni tapped out, saying she felt "uncomfortable." So, instead of the trying to resolve anything, Suzanni gave up, saying she was "uncomfortable." I was pretty uncomfortable when Suzanni treated me like crap for 2.5 days, but I didn't say I was "uncomfortable" & have someone "sub in" for me. - After that, Service Manager Anthony Pompilio took over the texts. Anthony told me to call him. Anthony then proceeded to give me the wrong phone number to call. When I texted him that he gave me the wrong number, he replied in ALL CAPS, something like "YOU HAVE RIGHT NUMBER NOW. CALL" I called the right number. Anthony did NOT pick up. I left a voicemail. Service Mgr Anthony did NOT return my calls. I tried texting. No one ever got back to me. That was Dec. 2021. It's March 2022 now. Still, no one has ever gotten back to me. Is there is a Manager, GM or Principal that cares about how people are treated or if Suzanni & Anthony are throwing your customers into the garbage with their UNACCEPTABLY POOR TREATMENT. If you doubt this review is accurate, I have records of all that was cited including the texts. More

This is a horrible dealership and I do not recommend them. I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Friday for an oil change and to get a full look over to make sure everything looks good such as flu them. I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Friday for an oil change and to get a full look over to make sure everything looks good such as fluids, oils, tires, breaks ect. When I went to pick up my Jeep, I noticed on the bill they used 5w-20 oil which is incorrect. In the Jeep user manual it states my Jeep should use 0w-20. I told the service associate that they used the incorrect oil on my Jeep based on the user manual and he said they don't follow the user manual and they use 5w-20 on all Jeeps. Also, if I wanted 0w-20 I should of told him when I brought my car in. As a Jeep dealer they should be knowledge with Jeeps and should be following everything stated in the Jeep user manual. I shouldn't be telling them what oil should go into my car. Also, during the service they did a 27 multi point inspection. Based on the multi point inspection they said I needed a 4x4 service totaling $500, an engine air filter totaling $70, a cabin filter totaling $70, and a fuel injection service totaling $180. This comes to a total of $820. I currently have 33,471 miles on my Jeep and I got the 4x4 service and filters replaced at 30,924 miles. I keep all my service bills on my car, so I know what was done on it. Also, when I got home I looked at the engine air filter under the hood. The engine air filter was still clean and clearly didn't need to be replaced. This dealer is over charging customers with services that isn't needed. Please avoid this dealership. More

Dropped car off on Sat, no update on when it will be ready I dropped car off on Saturday morning for service, 48 hours later they have not looked at my car nor have an update as to when it might be ready. Sin I dropped car off on Saturday morning for service, 48 hours later they have not looked at my car nor have an update as to when it might be ready. Since they do not have loaner vehicles, I have to rent a car at my expense. (and still have to pay for the diagnostic). My issue with the car was not critical to the car's operation, and should be easy to detect. Service technician was unable to clarify how they prioritize cars. It's rather unclear when I will my car back. Disappointed. I would not recommend this service center Tim More
