Kerns introduced himself, went over the car features and linked my car up to Sirius XM Guardian. Melissa, who worked the deal over the internet, stopped by to say hello. Franklin went over the extra warranty and protection packages available. Then, back to Kerns who demonstrated the Sky One-Touch Power Top (very nice) and off I went. More
