Would buy from again This was my first experience buying a new car for myself at a dealership. I began looking for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in October towards This was my first experience buying a new car for myself at a dealership. I began looking for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in October towards the end of the model year. Prior to visiting Jeep Chrysler Dodge City, I reached out to several dealerships to inquire about existing inventory. Although I was looking for 7-8 specific features, the most important features to me were automatic transmission and a body color hard top. Stacey quickly responded to my request with a specific vehicle already on the lot at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City that had most of the features that I was looking for, including the automatic transmission and body color hard top. I decided to go check the vehicle out at the dealership. On the day of my visit, Stacey answered all of my questions, but gave me plenty of space to check out the different vehicles and weigh the various options. I had imagined that visiting a dealership would involve people lurking over your shoulder each minute, but I did not experience this with Stacey. He was very helpful, but also knew when to let me browse or think things over. Stacey showed me the Sahara closest to my specifications located at Jeep Chrysler Dodge City. He was also able to find a Sahara at a nearby dealership that exactly met my needs (which I decided to purchase). This was great because I had done extensive internet searching prior to my visit and knew there was extremely limited inventory in the area with a body color hard top. Stacey quoted me a fair price without haggling. Stacey had the vehicle from the other dealership delivered the next business day for me to pick up. When the vehicle arrived, the other dealership had switched out the body color hard top that was on the VIN for the standard black hard top. Stacey pointed out the discrepancy even before I saw it and immediately identified a different vehicle to swap out the top for the correct body color hard top. Overall, Stacey did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and finding what I had requested despite it being the end of the model year. I appreciated that Stacey answered my questions, quoted me a fair price without haggling, gave me space, and was quick to point out and correct the wrong top on the vehicle when it arrived from the other dealership. I am very happy with my vehicle purchase and the experience at the dealership. If I have a friend looking for a Jeep, I would recommend that they go talk to Stacey. More
