Despite selecting a grey interior, it turns out that ALL the minivans have a hideously ugly brown dash (that doesn't match ANYTHING in a car with a grey interior). We were distraught. But, Christina Granchelli and the dealership really worked with us to make it right. They brought in other vehicles, showed us every thing we could go do, and ultimately helped us to get a Pacifica that we're really happy with. More
