I came back to Greenwich Jeep because of Christina Granchelli whom took great care of us 2 years ago when we bought a Jeep Cherokee. Service was great at the dealership, but could use more communication re:emails. Went from December-February with no word from dealership regarding a vehicle I had put a deposit down on. I had to reach out communication re:emails. Went from December-February with no word from dealership regarding a vehicle I had put a deposit down on. I had to reach out every time. But once in the dealership itself, they took great care of me. All in all I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease/buy a car. More
