Jim McMachan is the worst so-called general manager . Arrived for my scheduled appointment to look at a pre-owned vehicle and agreed to purchase the vehicle. Left a deposit and credit application that was approved. Then has the salesman and sales manager call me to say that he needed a delivery date, which was already given. Then threatened me, saying he would sell the vehicle. Would not return my call, and only to find out through his sales manager that he sold the vehicle. Didn't have the b***s to call me or find out from the salesman that I was picking up the car the following week ,which would be my next day off, me being in the same business. It's such a shame that this dealership actually has someone like this in charge of professional salesman and sales manager who actually stayed late and made the deal happen and have Jim McMachan decieve a customer who drove over an hour in the pouring rain just to be lied to. Stay away! More
